ServicesFannie was particularly grateful for the nutritional services offered to the Elders. The average lifespan of a Native American man is 20 years less than that of other men in the U.S. The Southwest Reservation Aid™ (SWRA) Program provides a variety of services to hundreds of Native American communities on reservations in the Southwest. Due to the high rates of poverty and unemployment on these reservations, many Native Americans struggle to provide the necessities of life for their families. We have developed a unique approach in helping to ease some of this hardship, with special focus on vulnerable children and Elders. All SWRA services involve Native Americans from the reservation communities we serve. These Program Partners volunteer their time and efforts to help fulfill our mission: “Serving immediate needs.
